We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on orders over $99. For orders under $99, standard shipping is a flat rate of $6.99 and express shipping is $14.99.

Standard delivery within Australia typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Metro areas usually receive orders faster than regional or remote areas. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Yes! Express shipping is available at checkout for $14.99. Express orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days to metro areas.

We currently ship within Australia only. For international orders, we recommend checking your local nanoblock distributor or retailer.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unopened items in their original packaging. Items must be in resalable condition. Please note: sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Email us to initiate a return.

No — items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. We recommend double-checking your order before completing checkout on discounted items.

Email us at hi@nanoblock.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a shipping address. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Yes — if the item is unopened, in original condition, and was purchased at full price, we're happy to exchange it. Email us and we'll walk you through the process. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. It may take an additional 2–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

nanoblock sets range from Level 1 (Beginner) to Level 5 (Master). Here's a rough guide:

• Level 1–2: Great for beginners and younger builders. Typically under 200 pieces.
• Level 3: Intermediate — a good balance of challenge and fun. Usually 200–500 pieces.
• Level 4–5: Advanced to expert. These sets can contain 500–5,000+ pieces and require patience and precision.

If you're new to nanoblock, we recommend starting with a Level 2 or 3 set.

The official recommendation is ages 12 and up, mainly due to the small size of the pieces (the smallest is just 4mm x 4mm) and the associated choking hazard. That said, many younger children — sometimes significantly younger — enjoy building nanoblock with adult supervision. It depends on the child's patience and fine motor skills. Level 1–2 sets are a great starting point for younger builders.

nanoblock pieces are the smallest building blocks in the world. The smallest piece measures just 4mm x 4mm — roughly one-eighth the size of a standard building brick. This micro scale allows for incredibly detailed models that fit in the palm of your hand.

Before anything else, please carefully check your build. In our experience, most "missing piece" cases turn out to be a step that was accidentally doubled up, or the wrong block used earlier in the build — which leaves you short later on. Go back through the instructions and compare each step to your model.

nanoblock sets also include extra spare pieces, so check if the piece you need is among those.

If you've thoroughly checked and you're still missing a piece, email us at hi@nanoblock.com.au with your set name, the colour and size of the missing piece, and a photo if possible. We'll do our best to help.

nanoblock is its own unique micro-sized building system. The pieces are not designed to be compatible with other brands — the connection system and scale are completely different. This is actually what makes nanoblock special: the tiny pieces allow for far more detail in a compact, displayable size.

Yes! We offer both Afterpay and Zip at checkout. Afterpay lets you split your purchase into 4 interest-free fortnightly payments. Zip offers flexible payment plans. Simply select your preferred option at checkout.
